 About Indy Pie Dream
All
of my fabulous pies are prepared at Indy's Kitchen, using only the
finest, natural ingredients. I use all butter in my pastry, meaning no
ugly trans fats! They are available in either a standard 9 inch size,
or as adorable "Cup Pies" which are single serving, easy to devour
portions. Orders can either be picked up at Indy's Kitchen (see map below) before noon,
or I am happy to deliver. Depending on the size of order and your
location, a small delivery fee may apply.
A little bit about me
I relocated to Indianapolis in the Fall of 2010 from the San Francisco Bay Area where I was a pastry chef for 20 years. For my formal training, I received a diploma in Cordon Bleu Cooking at the Tante Marie School of Cookery which is located just outside of London. It was there that I became aware of my love of making pastry and decided to pursue that as a career. Starting Indy Pie Dream has been like a dream come true.
